1.It's Upto Adaptor and seller.I was buy in Nepal from daraaz it's rs.1750/- only.
but some website 1000 to 10,000 I found so search in google.


How to use UPS Adapter?
  
  It's easy to use. Just Ups Join one cable  in plug and other one join with WIFI Router.



How long working?

  It's also upto your Backup. It can give upto 5-7 hours of battery backup and support 12V 2A.
Some backup Give 2-5 hours but some backup give 8-10 hours.Maybe it's depends on your backup quality.
